Is your sadness persistent?
Do you get sad at a specific time of the year, month, or day?
Do you experience sudden fluctuations in mood?
Do you experience feelings of euphoria?
Did you experience a big life change before you started feeling dad? This could be the loss of a loved one, a change in joy, school, or living situation,
Do you have thoughts on hurting yourself for any reason, such as to punish yourself or to “feel something?”
Do you ever have thoughts about ending your life or wanting to die? Passive or active suicidal thoughts, like “I wish I were dead,” are cause for concern and should be talked about with someone you trust.
If you feel actively suicidal, it’s essential to talk to your doctor, a therapist, or other authority (Parent/caregiver, teacher etc.) immediately.

He wants the best for you and wants you emotionally whole. He wants your mind healed.
He loves you like you are His only child.
He does not want you sick in your body or mind.

Or how you look His desire is for your complete healing.
It is like when we see our loved ones hurting.
We do not want them in pain times that by infinite with God.
Please seek help if you see yourself in any of the situations listed. Everyone at some point needs emotional help in some shape, form or fashion.
