I want to encourage you to push through and hang in there.
There is nothing too hard for God.
Sometimes, you may have to wait for your answer; however, while you are waiting, here are some things you can do.
10 Powerful Ways to Calm Down a Chaotic Mind
- Detach – and take a step back; reevaluate and readjust your situation or thinking. Sometimes you may need to kindly remove some folks from your life.
- Close Your Eyes – Imagine calmness, when was the last time you were in your happy place?
- Disconnect from social media for a minute, hour, or day.
- Distance yourself from anything or anyone that is pulling you further away from God.
- Start Setting Boundaries and stick to them.
- Stretch something either your mind, body, arm, a leg–
- Set a timer. Take 10 minutes to write down your thoughts This works wonders for getting stuff out of your mind.
- Pick a hobby that you enjoy doing.
- Find at least three scriptures read and meditate.
- Pray your three scriptures, thanking God for the deliverance.

This adversary tactic is designed to divert our attention until we cannot perceive God’s guidance meant for our lives.
We all yearn to reach a state of inner peace, to feel securely held regardless of the chaos that may swirl around us.
It’s a profound sense of trust in the divine, a knowing that despite the uncertainties we encounter, we are ultimately safe within the embrace of God.
Even when we can’t understand a situation or find a solution right away, we can take comfort in believing that it will be taken care of in the end.
This strong faith grounds us, helping us through life’s tough times with calm and reassurance.
