Less Worry, More Gratitude

Less Worry, More Gratitude

There comes a point where you realize worry has taken up more space in your life than it deserves. Not just the occasional concern—but the constant overthinking, the silent stress, the weight you carry that no one else sees.

That realization is what led me to write my second book, Less Worry, More Gratitude.

Why I Wrote This Book

I didn’t write this book from a place of having it all together—I wrote it from walking through it.

There were moments when my mind wouldn’t rest. Times when fear tried to speak louder than faith. Seasons where gratitude felt hard to find because life didn’t look the way I expected it to.

But in the middle of all that, I learned something powerful:
Gratitude doesn’t come from perfect circumstances—it comes from a shifted perspective.

This book was born out of that truth.

I wrote Less Worry, More Gratitude for the woman who is tired of carrying everything on her own. The one who believes in God but still wrestles with anxious thoughts. The one who wants peace—not just occasionally, but consistently.

How This Book Can Help You

This isn’t just a book you read and put down. It’s something you walk through.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • Honest reflections that remind you you’re not alone in your struggles
  • Faith-centered encouragement to help you trust God more deeply
  • Practical ways to shift your mindset from worry to gratitude
  • Moments of pause and reflection to help you reset emotionally and spiritually

This book meets you where you are—but it doesn’t leave you there.

It gently challenges you to let go of what’s weighing you down and to recognize what’s still good, still working, and still worthy of thanks in your life.

What You Can Expect

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or spiritually drained, this book is for you.

If you’ve been asking:

  • “How do I stop worrying so much?”
  • “How do I trust God when things feel uncertain?”
  • “How do I find peace in the middle of everything?”

You’ll find answers here—not in a complicated way, but in a real, relatable, and faith-filled way.

A Personal Invitation

My hope is: that when you finish this book, you breathe a little easier.

That you begin to release what you were never meant to carry.

That you start to see your life—not through the lens of worry—but through the quiet, steady presence of gratitude.

Because peace isn’t as far away as it feels.

The Book –
Less Worry, More Gratitude is here—and it was written with you in mind.

If you’re ready to take that step toward a calmer mind and a more grateful heart, this is your invitation.
