Peace of Wisdom

“Empowerment comes from within, and from the power you gain from uplifting others.”

– Oprah Winfrey

Starting a new week offers a fresh beginning and the opportunity to shape the days ahead. Whether it’s the traditional Monday start or another day that signifies the beginning of your week, embracing it with a positive and proactive mindset is crucial.

This time we will discuss the healing process when it comes to a few areas of our lives.

But first we need to define healing –

Healing Defined

Healing is the process of making or becoming sound or healthy again.

Mental Health

What can we do this week to protect our mental health?

Do Not Give Your Power Away to Nonsense this Week

Let Me Explain

Power is not just about having control; it also means having the ability to influence and generate positive change. Often, we squander our precious time and energy on worrying about circumstances beyond our control, especially the actions of others.

It’s important for us to redirect our focus towards things that bring about positive outcomes, filling our lives with joy and surrounding ourselves with people who uplift us.

Let’s channel our energy into endeavors that bring a smile to our faces and fill our hearts with happiness.

Romans 8:28 (ESV): “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

Meet me back here for some more great tips on how to heal the hurt from life.

To inspire to realize they have power and to use it wisely.
