What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

Mental strength is everything! And we all know that running, walking, jogging, lifting weights, yoga, and all the in between are great forms of physical exercise.

However, my mental strength is everything! Yes, I repeated it because strengthening our minds improves our emotional health.

I can run all day long, walk, jog, and do yoga, and yes, they can contribute to a sense of well-being. However, when we aim to renew our mind, there are some things we can do to clear mental clutter and boost our memory.

The world’s way to renew the mind or to build mental health

Personalized well-being management plan 3-minute quiz

Supplements

Mind games

Peaceful words

These are some great ways to rebuild our mental health. I also enjoy reading because it boosts my brain. All these methods can improve memory and support brain health, such as taking a quiz to see where you stand, using supplements, playing games to strengthen the mind, and listening, watching, or reading things that bring peace and calm to the mind. The variety of these methods empowers us to take control of our mental health. However, honestly, most of these effects are temporary.

I have found that these scriptures renew the mind continually. God tells us we do not have to be like the world with its worries, anger, and hatred. The Word even tells us some wonderful things to think and say. And lastly, God tells us the type of people to hang around. If your group is constantly fussing and fighting, and consistently negative, that does nothing positive for your mental health.

Below are some great scriptures to begin the road to improving our mental health!

The Word (Bible) renews the mind.

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 12:2

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.

Philippians 4:8

This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.

Joshua 1:8

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night.

Psalm1:1-2

When we purpose to renew our minds, we are building mental strength and in doing that We’re regaining our sanity and living even more productive lives for ourselves and those we care about.
