Let Go of Worry at Least For Today.

Let Go For Today!

Focus: Releasing control and trusting more

Worry may feel productive, but it rarely changes anything. It drains your energy and clouds your purpose.

This week is about recognizing worry and choosing a different response.

Reflection:
What are you holding onto that you cannot control?

Simple Practice:

  • When worry shows up, pause and name it
  • Replace “what if” thoughts with “even if, I’ll be okay”
  • Keep a short gratitude list each day (3 things)

Encouragement:
You don’t have to solve everything today. Some things unfold better when you stop forcing them.

I’m finding my footing again I never thought my peace would be disrupted when taking care of my grandmother I preyed upon it and I thought it was something God wanted me to do I had often asked him to show me my purpose in life I turned my life over to him in 2020 I was more happier than I ever had been I feel like I lost a lot of that happiness when I put my grandma before him my story has many parts to it but I’m choosing to choose Peace my faith in my father Jesus Christ is my strength and my Peace.
